General Provisions

betin is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, slots, and other entertainment activities. The platform operates entirely digitally and serves users in Bangladesh.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue in full force.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older to use the betin platform. It is the member's own responsibility to confirm they meet this age requirement. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses earned will be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account closure.

• Your real name and date of birth must be provided.
• You must provide active contact details that belong to you.
• Documents required for identity verification may be requested.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your betin account. Your username and password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• Transferring or selling your betin account to a third party is prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → Total ৳18,000

5.2 Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is possible once wagering is complete.
• betin reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once — if multiple members of the same household use the same device or payment method, only one bonus will apply.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

Regular members can be promoted to VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits increase at higher tiers: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver, and up to 1.0% weekly cashback at Gold. Full details on tier progression are available on the platform.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on betin are conducted on the basis of fair play. The following rules apply to all members:

• The outcome of every bet or game is determined by the system's Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a technical fault produces an inconsistent result, betin reserves the right to void that round.
• For sports betting, results are verified against official sources; betin's decision on any disputed result is final.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, it will be settled according to the state recorded in the system.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts simultaneously is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Casino Games

The betin casino section offers slots, live casino, fishing games, and many other game types. Each game has its own rules — please read them before playing.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in them will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or unauthorisedly modify the platform's software.
• Placing bets using bots, automated scripts, or any other artificial means.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.

Limitation of Liability

• Events beyond our control such as natural disasters, government directives, or other force majeure circumstances.
• Financial loss resulting from game outcomes or the consequences of a bet.

Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 At the Member's Own Request

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any eligible balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

11.2 By betin

betin may immediately suspend or close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If proven to be a minor.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding any matter, please contact our support team first. We review all complaints with fairness and transparency.

• Complaints should be submitted as soon as possible — within 30 days of the incident.
• The support team will provide a written response within a reasonable time.
• If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, the escalation process may be followed.
• betin's final decision is made on the basis of gaming rules and recorded data.

Terms & Conditions Changes

betin reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes as far as reasonably possible.
